The emergency service line was contacted in the early hours of Saturday morning to attend a local business following a vandalism that left their windows cracked and their business unsecured. 
Due to the time of night, we need to board-up the window in order to secure the property. Our expert  returned the following day to review the damage in the light of day and arranged to repair the double-glazing as soon as the panel of glass could be arranged. 
Two members of the team attended, and the entire window was replaced quickly.
